L'aeroporto di Ciampino si trasferisce
Il 10 settembre Enac ( Ente nazionale Aviazione Civile) e Adr( Aeroporti di Roma)hanno firmato l'accordo che porterà alla concessione della gestione dello scalo a Viterbo, e la conseguenza sarà l'imminente chiusura dell'aeroporto di Ciampino prevista per il 2011. La piena attività del neonato aeroporto non sarà operativa prima del 2025, con una capienza di circa 12 milioni di passeggeri l'anno. La spesa destinata sarà di 200 milioni di euro e le prime tappe saranno la progettazione del sistema di volo, il piano ambientale, la gara, la progettazione delle infrastrutture, il piano territoriale da decidere col Comune , un primo segno di tutto questo, tra un anno e mezzo.
Hanno detto i vertici di Enac che il primo problema ora sono gli innesti, per non fare dell'aeroporto viterbese una cattedrale nel deserto;Vito Riggio assicura che il giorno in cui aprirà l'aeroporto ci dovrà essere il collegamento col treno per arrivare a Roma in tempo stimato 45 minuti...
